Cheeseball Man Profile (Anthony Po)
A profile photo series I shot of YouTuber Anthony Potero, a.k.a. "New York's Okayest Superhero," Cheeseball Man. Over the course of three days, I documented Anthony's preparation for his boxing match versus his archnemesis, the villain Cornhead Killer — later revealed to be LA-based YouTuber Andrew Levitt.Â
I shot Anthony prepping for the weekend event at his home in Jersey City, followed him and internet personality Tamir Omari around Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan, then finally covered the boxing event at the Church Street Boxing Gym in Manhattan's Financial District on Saturday, Nov. 16.Â
Cemeteries Photo Series
A photo series I shot at different cemeteries across New York. With these photographs, I sought to capture the beauty and peace of cemeteries — how they allow us to remember our loved ones, how they foster an idyllic environment for mourning, how they help us address feelings of loss in a self-reflective manner.
Cemeteries featured include the Evergreens Cemetery in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the Linden Hill United Methodist Cemetery in Ridgewood, Queens and the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Sleepy Hollow, New York.
